The Apothecary Jar takes its shape from a piece once owned by Lady Ottoline Morrell, an influential patron of the Bloomsbury Group.
Collaborating with ceramicist Isatu Hyde on a collection of three ceramics - a flower brick, an apothecary jar and a flower vase. Each one draws directly from historic pieces in our private collection.
Isatu lives and works in rural Shropshire, not far from where she trained with Andrew Crouch of Marches Pottery. These pieces reflect our shared love of form, glaze, and enduring function.
