A dish light of generous scale and stature, the Grand Batsford features a broad, shallow brass bowl with five evenly spaced handles, each reminiscent of those found on a classical tazza urn. The solid brass surface reflects an ample upward glow, and is suspended from finely cast chains composed of alternating links. Its scale makes it well suited to stairwells, halls, and rooms of architectural presence.
