Auberon Bed
Drawn from a late eighteenth-century design, the carving of this bed is centred by a scallop shell, a symbol of fertility. Distressed paintwork lends this bed a past it never had, with layers of ash-grey, ivory and cream combining to form a patina of warmth and depth. It is carved in pine with a beech frame.
