With exceptional overall colour, and blue scagliola marble top, the extensive carving details with hugely imaginative quality in the Egyptian manner, with finely carved frieze and a pair of spiral moulded and stop fluted columns, united by a platform base. A slender, and useful scale with enormous impact and spirit of age.
