A 19th Century Ceylonese Coromandel Octagonal Occasional Table

A unique, diminutive table with eight ebony legs closely positioned, terminating in trifid paw feet, with carved floral pierced decoration and rope twist moulding running around table edge and vertically up each of the eight corners. Specimens of coromandel, mahogany, rosewood and satinwood veneered in triangles onto the ebony top.
An usual and appealing piece of Anglo-Ceylonese furniture, in untouched condition.
