Ailesbury

An 18th century style intricately carved frame in white marble, showing the fine motif of the oak leaf with acorns, interrupted by acanthus leaves on the corners and by a ribbon at centre, representing peace, prosperity and longevity. The delicate ornament of a romanesque leaf runs around the profile.
