A Near Pair of Louis XVI Style Statuary Marble Chimneypieces, likely to have been carved in England in the French Style (with I171).

Of unusually small scale but fine quality of manufacture. The frieze is carved with a central laurel wreath, flanked by square floral corner blocks above shallow console jambs with well carved acanthus embellishment and beading.
