A stone fireplace with tiered moulded shelf protruding forward over the jambs with a plain frieze and bracket console shaped pilasters, fronting the jambs with stopped and fluted decoration surmounted with plain caps decorated with roundels which continue around the sides. The whole raised on foot blocks, the opening framed with deep convex mouldings.
