A charming Early 19th Century, Statuary marble chimneypiece

A statuary marble chimneypiece of typical early 19th century, English Regency design. Circa 1815. The rectangular shelf with reeded edge above the frieze, which is centred with an oblong tablet carved with an oval medallion of a flower head, flanked by convex reeded panels, the jambs simarly decorated and capped with acanthus decorated brackets. The whole mounted on blockings.
