A white marble, neoclassical English chimneypiece, circa 1780, with plain shelf, the frieze with eleven anthemion sprays in circular medallions flanked by protruding blocks carved with figures. The pilaster jambs with inset panels carved with graduating, inverted flower heads falling from tied ribbon bows.
